Refund & Returns Policy

At Sakthi AV Tronics, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality professional audio and public address system solutions. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged during transit

  • Product is defective or not functioning

  • Product delivered is incorrect or different from the order

📌 Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence

2. Return Request Timeline

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@sakthiavtronics.in

  2. Mention:

    • Order ID

    • Product name

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos or videos of the issue (mandatory)

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

4. Condition of Returned Products

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include original packaging, manuals, and accessories

  • Not show signs of physical damage or tampering

Products failing inspection may be rejected.

5. Replacement Policy

  • Eligible products will be replaced where possible.

  • Replacement will be shipped after the returned item passes inspection.

  • Replacement shipping timelines depend on product availability.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

  • Replacement is not possible, OR

  • Product is out of stock

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval.

📌 Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.

7. Shipping & Return Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged / wrong product), return shipping will be borne by Sakthi AV Tronics.

  • For other approved cases, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Installed or used equipment

  • Software, licenses, or digital products

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • For cancelled orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

10. Warranty Claims

Products covered under manufacturer warranty must be serviced or replaced as per the brand’s warranty policy.
Warranty claims do not fall under the return policy unless the product is DOA (Dead on Arrival).

11. Legal Compliance

This policy is in accordance with:

  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019

  • Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 – India
