Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sakthi AV Tronics. We specialize in Electronics, Commercial Audio, IP PA Solutions, and Video Products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).

1. General Conditions

  • Returns, refunds, and replacements are handled only as per this policy.

  • Since our products are primarily commercial/industrial electronics, returns are accepted only in cases of:

    • Dead on Arrival (DOA)

    • Manufacturing defect

    • Wrong product delivered

    • In-transit damage (with proof at delivery)

  • Products damaged due to mishandling, wrong installation, unauthorized service, electrical surges, or customer negligence are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition:

    • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

    • All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and original invoice must be returned.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Customized system integrations

    • Software licenses / activation keys

    • Clearance sale or discounted products

    • Cables, connectors, consumables, and accessories once opened

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.

  • Shipping, installation, and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • If the product is returned without proper packaging or accessories, a restocking fee (10–20%) may be deducted.

4. Replacement & Exchange

  • Replacements are offered only for:

    • DOA (Dead on Arrival) products reported within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Wrong product shipped.

  • Exchanges for a different model/product are not permitted once an order is processed.

5. Warranty Support

  • All products are covered by the standard manufacturer’s warranty (varies by brand/product).

  • Warranty claims after 7 days of delivery must be raised directly with the manufacturer’s authorized service center.

  • We assist in guiding customers to the correct service channel but are not responsible for warranty turnaround times.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they are not already shipped.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly delivered.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for return shipments.
