As authorized dealers and system integrators for leading brands such as Bosch, TOA, Honeywell, JBL Professional, Yamaha, EonAV, CMX-Audio, and other reputed manufacturers, we ensure safe, reliable, and timely delivery of genuine products across India.
1. Order Processing
• Orders for in-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders for out-of-stock items, imported products, BOSCH Praesensa systems, or bulk project materials may require 5–10 business days or more depending on brand availability.
• Customers will be notified in advance if any delay occurs.
Orders are processed Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays).
2. Brand-Based Dispatch
To ensure faster delivery and genuine products, orders may be shipped from:
• Sakthi AV Tronics Chennai warehouse
• Authorized brand distributor warehouse
• Manufacturer stock location
This process helps us maintain product authenticity and reduce delivery time.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch (subject to stock availability and brand location):
• Chennai & Tamil Nadu – 2 to 4 working days
• South India – 3 to 6 working days
• Rest of India – 5 to 10 working days
Large PA systems, rack equipment, BOSCH Voice Alarm systems, Hyundai or other infrastructure project materials may require transport service delivery and additional transit time.
4. Shipping Charges
• Small items – Calculated at checkout.
• Heavy audio systems / bulk orders – Transport charges extra based on location.
• Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns.
Shipping charges will always be confirmed before dispatch.
5. Store Display Products
Products displayed in our showroom may be shipped directly from our warehouse or brand distributor depending on stock availability.
6. Shipping Partners
We ship through trusted logistics partners including:
DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, Professional Couriers, VRL Logistics, and other approved transport services.
Courier selection depends on product size, weight, and destination.
7. Tracking Information
Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS after dispatch.
8. Delivery Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to:
• Brand stock availability
• Transport or courier issues
• Weather conditions
• Customs clearance
• Remote area delivery

9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Customers are requested to inspect products at delivery.
If any damage, shortage, or incorrect item is found, please inform us within 24 hours with photo/video proof via WhatsApp or Email.
Claims or replacements will be processed after verification with the courier or manufacturer.

11. Installation & Project Orders
For project orders involving BOSCH Praesensa systems, conference systems, CCTV, PA installations, or Hyundai-type infrastructure projects, delivery schedules will be coordinated with site readiness and project timelines.
