Despite its portable footprint, the DM3 delivers premium 96kHz audio quality, powerful routing options, and intuitive multi-touch control for fast, efficient mixing.

Equipped with 16 mono channels, 1 stereo channel, and 2 FX returns, the DM3 provides robust input capacity suitable for live bands, conference systems, and content creators. The local I/O includes 16 mic/line inputs (12 XLR + 4 combo jacks) and 8 XLR outputs, providing flexible connectivity for a wide range of audio sources and loudspeaker systems.

The 9-inch multi-touch screen enables smooth, tablet-like operation, allowing engineers to adjust EQ, dynamics, routing, and effects with speed and precision. Yamaha’s QuickPro Presets™ offer instant recall of optimized sound settings for popular microphones and instruments, simplifying setup for both beginners and professionals.

Yamaha DM3 Digital Mixing Console For advanced workflows, the DM3 integrates Dante networking with 16×16 channels of audio, enabling seamless connection to Dante-enabled stage boxes, wireless systems, powered speakers, and recording interfaces. It can also operate as a powerful 18×18 USB audio interface, perfect for studio recording, live streaming, and podcasting.

The DM3 supports DAW Remote mode—allowing control of software such as Cubase, Logic Pro, and Pro Tools using the physical faders and transport buttons. Additional remote control is possible via the DM3 Editor (offline configuration) and iPad app (wireless mixing), while up to 10 mobile devices can simultaneously control Mix and Matrix buses for personal monitor mixing.

Built-in 18 effects, flexible routing, GEQ on all Mix and Stereo buses, and direct 2-track USB recording make the DM3 an incredibly versatile tool for professional audio environments requiring reliability, mobility, and top-tier sound performance.
